Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("Client") and Playatrainer. By booking or attending a training session, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Playatrainer provides: Group training sessions, Individual training sessions and online coaching.
All services are conducted outdoors and are subject to availability. Prices, schedules, and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Training sessions are available for individuals aged 18 to 50 years.
Children under 18 may participate only if their parent or legal guardian provides a signed authorization letter.
By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical condition to participate in outdoor training.
3. Payments
Payments must be made in advance through our website using Stripe for secure transactions.
We do not accept cash or any other form of payment.
4. Free SessioNS
Each client is eligible for one free session, either group or individual, based on their chosen service. Only one free session may be used per person. Misuse of this offer, such as booking an individual session and then switching to group sessions, will result in immediate removal from all Playatrainer services without the option to re-enroll.
5. Outdoor Training and Weather Policy
All sessions are held outdoors, and weather conditions such as rain may interrupt the training. In the event of rain, you may reschedule your session if you notify Playatrainer at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time. By participating, you acknowledge the possibility of weather-related interruptions.
6. Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
Cancelations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 1 hour before the session starts through. https://www.playatrainer.com/my-account/. If you fail to attend your session (whether it is free or paid), no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Clients who miss their free session will not be eligible for another free session.
7. Video and Photography Consent
By attending Playatrainer sessions, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing purposes, including social media and website content. If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please provide written notice prior to your session.
8. Client Conduct and Responsibilities
Clients are expected to: Arrive on time and in appropriate attire for physical activity. Follow all instructions provided by PlayaTrainer. Behave respectfully toward other participants.
Failure to comply with these expectations may result in removal from the session or program without a refund.
9. Liability
By participating in Playatrainer sessions, you agree to do so at your own risk. Playatrainer is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation unless caused by gross negligence.
