My training approach focuses on using resistance bands, which are suitable for everyone, whether you're just starting or are already advanced. Resistance bands are perfect for improving strength, flexibility, and endurance, as they target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. They are especially effective for building lean muscle, increasing joint stability, and improving mobility and posture. Additionally, they offer constant tension throughout the movement, which maximizes muscle engagement and helps with both rehabilitation and injury prevention. I also incorporate agility cones that focus on speed, coordination, and body control. These activities not only make the workout more exciting but also help develop agility, making you faster and more in tune with your movements.

Unlike traditional gyms and trainers who focus mainly in hiperytrphy and muscle growth, my approach is holistic, emphasizing overall fitness and wellness improvement although I have helped my clients gain up to 1.5 kg of muscle per month naturally by efficiently working all the muscles in the body. With my approach there's no need to pay a Gym membership, as I use high-quality resistance bands that allow for all muscles to be performed.
