My training approach focuses on using resistance bands, which can provide up to 136 kg of resistance. These bands are perfect for everyone, whether you're just starting or already advanced. They help build strength, balance, and endurance by targeting different muscle groups. I also use agility cones to add variety of fun group games that focus on speed and coordination. These activities not only make the workout more exciting but also help improve your agility and body control, making you faster and more in tune with your movements. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and work together with others.

Unlike traditional gyms and trainers who focus mainly in hiperytrphy and muscle growth, my approach is holistic, emphasizing overall fitness and wellness improvement although I have helped my clients gain up to 1.5 kg of muscle per month naturally by efficiently working all the muscles in the body. With my approach there's no need to pay a Gym membership, as I use high-quality resistance bands that allow for all muscles to be performed.
